Kamer Balthasar van der Polweg Delft

Hi!I am subletting my room for 2 months as I'll be gone for a project abroad.The room is 17.5 sqm at the Balthazar van der Polweg, on campus. The building is right in the middle of campus, close to all faculties and right next to X. The room comes with furniture, as I intend to leave a large portion of the furniture present in the room but empty most of the storage space so that it can be used (i.e. dresser, closet, clothes rack, etc.). In the house there is no shared living room, but there is a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.You will live with a 25-year-old male Earth, Climate, and Technology 2nd-year Master's student. We are looking for ideally, a master's student.I would ask for 1 month's rent as a deposit. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask :)
