We are looking for a temporary flatmate! The room comes equipped with laminate floor and dark blinds (so the morning sun won't wake you up if you don't want it to). The room is furnished a(bed, stand-up desk, shelves). The apartment has a big living room with newly renovated open kitchen, equipped with everything that is needed: large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, large dining table, and an electric piano. In total the apartment has 94m². It has a separate toilet and a shower with a bathtub. The rent includes internet, taxes and bi-weekly cleaning. There’s free parking in front of the house, Delft Zuid station is a 6-minute walk away. Lidl is around the corner, AH and the Hovenpassage with lots of shops are close by as well. We are looking for someone (m/f) who is working or at the end of their studies. Your flatmates are a Tom from the US doing his master's and Daniela who is working in Delft some of the time. Please tell us a bit about yourself and your hobbies if you’d like to be our new housemate! P.S. I’ll upload more photos of the kitchen and bathroom later – updating an older version of an ad. There might be a possibility to stay longer after the 3 month period is over.
